1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

To participate in any activity on ck22w, you must register a single personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information at all times and to notify ck22w promptly of any changes.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ck22w. The operation of more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck22w employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party under any circumstances. ck22w accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach of security is attributable to your actions or negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ck22w accepts deposits through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ck22w does not impose transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may charge their own fees and these are outside ck22w's control.

All deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits that are not reflected in your account within 15 minutes should be reported to live chat support with proof of the transaction (screenshot or transaction reference number).

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ck22w are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including stake amount, market selection, and event — before confirmation. ck22w accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the player.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session or live bet, ck22w will apply the following resolution principles:

• For live casino games: the recorded game state at the point of disconnection is used to determine the outcome. Where a complete game round cannot be determined, the stake is returned to the player's wallet.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ck22w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Confirmed under-age gambling or registration.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ck22w will communicate the reason for suspension and the estimated resolution timeline via the registered email address. Any funds confirmed as legitimately held at the time of closure — following the completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and deduction of any bonus abuse adjustments — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of account closure confirmation.
